Parans Solar Lighting AB (publ) has received Eureka contribution of 1.5 million SEK to conduct a collaborative project to further develop its innovation - the Parans system.
Parans has today been informed by VINNOVA that Parans’ Eureka application has been granted. With this information Parans will receive 1.5 million SEK to conduct a collaborative project to further develop the Parans system within the framework of EU-funded support.
The project, which will be coordinated by Parans, also includes the Swiss company Lumena AG, which has competence in mechanics and the Austrian company Bartenbach, which has competence in lens design and conducts own research regarding light.
The goal with the project is to develop the sunlight concept and Parans’ innovation. In the project both the receiver and the luminaire will be studied to investigate what opportunities are available to further improve and reach new markets. By combining the expertise of the three participating companies there are great possibilities to achieve the goals established.
- An increased international cooperation on the development side is very positive for the company. It is fantastic that we have received Eureka status and is indeed a proof of that Parans’ products are well timed, says Nils Nilsson, CEO of Parans Solar Lighting AB (publ).
The project term is 18 months.
