Sunlight in every room
A Parans system consists of a receiver, a cabling of five-meter cables and six luminaires in the form of spotlights. The cabling can be replaced with longer versions, up to 20 meters. The luminaires can be replaced with other luminaires.

Receivers
Parans third generation receiver is the nucleus of the Parans system and is the device that captures sunlight. The new receiver is smooth and elegant and offers many advantages.
The new design could in theory follow the sun 360 degrees, which in practice would make it possible to track the sun for all sun hours.
The new Parans system with specially designed lenses has a huge capacity. One receiver gives a perfect light experience of natural light for about 40 sqm room. (The receivers light capacity has a brightness that is 6000 + / - 300 lumens at direct sunlight of 100 000 lux. This is equivalent to 14 units of 40W bulbs.)
The receiver is very easy to use because the design is small, it is 110 cm long and 45 cm wide.
The intelligent Parans system makes the installation simple because the receiver itself is adapting to the conditions in the surrounding area. All you need to know is where is 'South' in regards to your property, does it have free sight to the sun (any other buildings or trees obscuring the path) and what is the distance between the receiver’s location and the rooms you would like the sun to be directed. The installation can then be handed over to a professional technician who will be guided through all the steps with the help of our easy installation manual.
Cables
The cables are connected to the receiver, they direct the light from the receiver into the property through the luminaires which spreads the light indoors. Each receiver has one cabling which includes six cables.
The cables have a very good ability to transport light while retaining the natural light’s full spectrum. They can transport the light both vertically and horizontally and be bent which means that they are flexible without affecting the light. The are no bigger than the width of a large thumb which means that they do not occupy larger space of the building than for example electric wires.
The new designed cables are offered in four different lengths: 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m. This means that you can lead the natural light two, three and even four floors down into the property.
The cabling with the five-meter cables is included in the basic package along with the receiver and the spotlights luminaires.
Luminaire Spotlight
The spotlighs spread the sunlight indoors and provides a perfect light experience. Spotlights are adjustable and easy to tilt in different ways.
For one receiver six spotlights are used. The spotlights are included in the basic package along with the receiver and the five-meter cable.
Optional Light L1
Parans offers two luminaire options; an L1 small or an L1 medium. For those who want a different luminaire other than the spotlight.
Luminaire L1 gives the feeling of being under the leaves of birch trees as the sun is coming through. It can be ordered in two geometric variations to suit different interiors.
For one receiver six L1 small or three L1 medium are used.
Optional Accessories
Parans offers several different optionals in the form of mounting fixtures for tin, paperboard, tiled roof and cable glands that simplifies the sealing of the hole at the cable entry and prevents leakage.
