Conversion of convertible notes into shares under the financing agreement announced on November 21st 2017.
The date of conversion was February 27th 2018 and the number of Notes converted was 60. The number of Notes remaining under the fourth conversion for future conversion is 30. The number of shares and the number of votes before the conversion was 19 769 562. Through the conversion the number of shares and the number of votes has increased by 206 896. The total number of shares and the total number of votes after the conversion amount to 19 976 458.
