Parans Solar Lighting AB (publ) held an extraordinary general meeting on 23 March 2021 and elected a new board.
The meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Qingdao Photon Technology Co., Ltd, that the board of directors shall consist of six members without deputies.
The meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Qingdao Photon Technology Co., Ltd, to elect Xiqing (Fred) Sun, Jiwen Cai, Per Tjernberg, Jonas Ehinger and Maggie Mei Jie as board members and to re-elect Fredrik Mårtensson as board member.
Xiqing (Fred) Sun was elected chairman of the board of directors.
